Use the  $.50/1 Angel Soft Bath Tissue double roll from 11/13 RP or the $.45/1 Angel Soft Bath Tissue hdouble roll from 11/13 RP (regional differences in coupon value).  If you store doubles coupons you can get each pack for $3.50-$3.60.
