Are you ready for the sales tax holidays this weekend? This is a great time to get any school supplies you haven’t gotten yet. Especially big items (graphing calculators?)
If you want to purchase a laptop (whether it’s for school or not) you can save on the tax.
It’s a great weekend to shop for clothes too!
Here are some things to check out as you are deciding on what/how/where you want to shop:
Kohl’s – 15% off shopping pass (20% off $100 or more)
Sam’s Clubs – non members can shop without paying the 10% non member fee this weekend
Target – Sunday’s ad had a 30% off 2 kids denim coupon in it. Also check out the Target printable coupon page for printable coupons on kid’s denim (can’t be combined with the ad coupon) and Cherokee uniform items. Also, if you printed the $2 off Graphic Tees (on sale for $7!), $3 off women’s plus size apparel, $2 off newborn to kids denim coupons a couple weeks ago, they are good through 8/15!! Check your coupon stash for those!
Diapers – are tax exempt during the holiday. Find out who has the best diaper prices now through Saturday.

Find out if your area is participating in the sales tax holiday. Alabama state tax (4%) is removed from eligible items this weekend throughout the whole state. City and county taxes are removed in participating cities/counties.
