I just finished a workout on my Wii Fit Plus. I really slacked for about two weeks and I noticed a huge decrease in my energy. So I’ve been back at if for 3 days now and it’s amazing how much better I feel. The Wii Fit really makes it easy to get exercise. (And the Fit Plus Bundle is on sale at Amazon right now for $88 – it comes with the game and the balance board.)
