Here are my 5 tips for setting up your yard sale:
Tip #1 – Make your large things visible from the road.
Tip #2 – Get as much stuff out and visible as possible.
Tip #3 – Group like items together.
Tip #4 – Hang clothes up. As many as possible.
Tip #5 – Price everything! (this is a pet peeve of mine! I hate to keep having to ask “How much is this?”)
