Understanding Coupon Lingo – OOP, WYB, BOGO

There are a lot of abbreviations used when it comes to couponing and deals.  Let me help you decode it all!

Here are are few abbreviations that you will encounter on your deal seeking journey:

BOGO means Buy One Get One Free

WYB – means When You Buy.  Like “Get a free toothbrush wyb toothpaste”.

OOP – means Out Of Pocket.  For example, a deal may say “Buy lotion and use $1 coupon.  Pay $4 OOP and receive RR back.”
