Food Giant is a local chain of grocery stores. There are seven locations in Alabama: Birmingham, Center Point, Bessemer, Hueytown, Tarrant, Pinson and Moody.
Food Giant was known for doubling coupons up to 90c on Mondays. Well, now on Monday’s they will double coupons up to $1!
$1 off coupons are plentiful so that should make for some exciting deals! Can’t wait to see this week’s ad!
I also heard from a reader that they will double $1 off 2 coupons up to $2 (or to the value of one item if it’s under $2). The example she gave was a $1.66 product, she bought two and used a $1/2 coupon. They couldn’t double it to $2 because the value of one was under $2. So they matched it to $1.66. She essentially got one for FREE!
There is a limit of 3 “like” double coupons per trip. Meaning if you have a 50c off ketchup coupon you can get 3 ketchups and use 3 coupons and have them doubled. You can use as many non-like coupons as you want.
