Ok, so there is some ambiguity going on with this one but I think I’ve got it all sorted out. Warner’s has TWO rebates going on right now. Both forms are available for download here.
The FIRST rebate (pg 2 of the pdf doc) is for $5 back on Warner’s bra style #1397 purchased from any retailer before 7/31/11.
The second rebate (pg 4 of the pdf doc):
Purchase any Warner’s Wire Free bra (style #2079, #2085, #1055, #2055, #1262, #2043, #1298, #2014, #2003, #2002, #2012, #2019, #2023, #2009) priced at $14.99 or more (before taxes and/or shipping) at Kohl’s and receive $5 back, Good on purchases made 1/30/11 – 4/1/11.
