All About Me in 30 Days – Day 1 – My favorite song

I like music but it’s a love/hate relationship really.  I have a 2 year old and I teach kindergarten so I’m surrounded by noise all day.  So when it comes to listening to music, I can be halfway through a song I like and have to shut it off because I’ve reached my noise threshold for the day.

I prefer calming, instrumental music or praise and worship.

If my life depended on my picking a favorite song, here’s some I might choose:

• Jesus Loves Me because it’s Bug’s favorite song for me to sing to him.  :)))
• Amazing Grace (My Chains Are Gone) by Chris Tomlin – one of my favorite praise and worship songs right now
• Save A Place For Me by Matthew West – it makes me think of my mom  :(((
