This was an unusual trip because I didn’t have a list, I only use 4 coupons, I had a couple impulse buys and some of my purchases weren’t on sale. Normally, I would not “brag” about these kinds of trips, but when I realized I got out of the store with allllll this and only spent $20.38 I thought it was worth bragging about!!
I started out by getting my flu shot at the pharmacy so I could take advantage of the the What-a-Deal. The flu shot cost $23 but I didn’t figure it in to the cost of the groceries because it’s something I would’ve gotten anyway and I saved myself $17 by not having to pay a $40 copay to the doctor’s office to get it.
The orange juice, oranges, wipes, hand sanitizer and tissues were all FREE because I got my flu shot! (Plus I had a $1 coupon off the orange juice for even more savings!)
Also, you can’t see them very well, but I got two gallons of tea (the buy this, get that promotion where you get the WD tea free wyb the AriZona brand).

I also bought two children’s books that were 75% off! They were 75c each!
