There is a try-me-free rebate form peelie found on packages of the NEW Gerber Graduates Yogurt Blends. This is different than the TMF offer on the baby Gerber single flavor yogurts.
Look for the packs that have the Graduates logo on them and are multiple flavors (like Banana-Vanilla and Mixed Berry). They are found in the baby food aisle.
Rebate is valid for up to $3.29 on purchases made 3/1/10 – 11/30/10. Postmarked by 12/1/10.
Don’t forget to clip the UPC off the package!
