Both current giveaways wrapped up this weekend. I’ve used Random.org to generate a winner for each of them! (I still haven’t figured out how to do an image capture of the number generator…but I’m promise I’m being honest!)
First was the recipe swap. The winner of the 20 recipe cards is recipe #1 by Dede! She submit a blog post with her Mexican Chicken Casserole and Homemade Pita Bread! Yum! Be sure to check it out!
Next was the Kids and Money discussion! The winner of that was comment #7 by Ashley!
“my girls know we are short on money. they help me sort coupons, take out old ones… etc. They also help me look for my items in the store from my coupons and we brag about how much we save! For allowance, I like the idea of a jar for savings, tithes, and fun money – dividing what they get each week. when they SEE where it goes they udnerstand better, plus… when they want something and have to use their own money, they think twice about buying! It doesnt help though that grandparents get them “whatever they want”!”
