Tomorrow is eye surgery day. After dealing with glasses for 20 years and contacts for 15 (I’m only 26 btw…) I’m getting my terrible eyes fixed! I’m a -16.75 (for those of you out there that wear glasses/contacts, you’ll understand that). My corneas are at risk for damage if I continue to wear contacts but I can’t function at 100% in glasses…the don’t correct my vision well enough.
So tomorrow, I’ll have implantable contact lenses put in. It’s supposed to real simple…a 15 minute procedure. I have posts scheduled for the next few days that will automatically post. But hopefully I’ll feel well enough to back on the blog by Thursday.
Thanks for being such great readers!
I am 27 and I had lasik done 3 years ago and I can honestly say it was totally worth it! I had it done on a Thursday afternoon, woke up Friday morning and could see perfectly. I even drive myself to my 7am appointment.
Congratulations!
