These were definitely a different take on fish sticks and tacos. Might be good if you have kids. My son just wanted the fish sticks and nothing else. LOL! Hubby actually thought they were okay. :)
Fish Stick Tacos consist of flour tortillas, frozen fish sticks, cole slaw mix and thousand island dressing.
Cook fishsticks. Put some coleslaw mix in the shells, add fish sticks and top with dressing. Voila!
I think next time I might mix the dressing into the coleslaw because it was a little dry.
