Afraid your kids are going to spend all summer in front of the TV? Don’t let that happen with Laser X!
Laser X will get them off the couch for a fun game of laser tag with an updated, technologically-advanced laser blaster system.
FTC Disclosure: Laser X sent us a pair of Micro Blasters to try out. No other compensation was received for this post. All opinions are my own.
Also in the interest of full-disclosure, after being out of town back-to-back weekends with a family situation sandwiched in between we have not gotten to play with ours a lot. But I didn’t want to miss out on telling you about them because there is a GIVEAWAY for a set that ends in a week! I wanted to make sure you got your chance to enter (giveaway form below – ends May 18th!)
We have tried them out and G thinks I’m just the bestest-Mom-in-the-whole-world for getting him his own laser tag. They are pretty fun and very simple to use – making them great for the whole family – everyone can play! We’ve only used them in the house so far, but the sets are so small and easily portable that I see them going on many summer trips to the grandparents’ house where they have a flatter, safer backyard for night time play.
Micro Blasters are the newest addition to a line of products that includes: original Laser X, which blasts 200 feet; a Long-Range Blaster, which blasts 400 feet; and a Gaming Tower with 10-built-in games.
Like other Laser X gear, Micro Blasters feature state-of-the-art lighting and sound effects that bring the excitement of a laser tag arena right to your own backyard. Strap a receiver onto your upper arm, and blast opponents up to 100 feet away. Reloading is easier than ever; Just press and hold the trigger.
Probably my favorite feature of the sets is that the receiver that you wear on your arm (that detects when you’ve been hit) is attached to the gun by a cable. Which means each player only has ONE thing to keep up with. No worries that the gun and the receiver are going to get separated.
All Laser X sets work together, so games can have as few as two players – or the whole neighborhood can play together!
The new 5-inch Laser X Micro Blasters fit easily into bags and backpacks and are great for games on-the-go! Laser X Micro Blasters may be small, but they deliver big fun. Just strap on a receiver and blast opponents up to 100 feet away!

Micro Blasters are recommended for ages 6+ and retail for $29.99 for a double set and $14.99 to equip a single player. The game is available at GetLaserX.com and Walmart.com and in stores.
