Ahhhhhh! Summer time! It’s time for picnic, pot-lucks and cookouts! And I’ve got a GREAT recipe for all those things! It’s called Watergate Salad and my mom used to make it for family functions. Everyone would be so disappointed if mom didn’t bring “that green stuff”.
Here’s how easy it is:
- 1 box pistachio pudding mix
- 1 can crushed pineapples
- 1 small tub whipped cream
- 1/2 bag of miniature marshmallows
mix first three ingredients together until blended. add marshmallows and mix in. chill. keep refrigerated until time to serve.
you can use more marshmallows if you wish. this recipe is easily doubled.
