I gave a pinwheel as a gift to all my little darlings at the end of the school year this year. After our graduation program, they each got to take home a patriotic pinwheel. Our program was patriotic themed so I wanted to get the red, white and blue pinwheels, and I ended up paying close to $1.25-$1.30 per pinwheel.
But, if you just want to use any ol’ pinwheel, I did see some brightly colored ones at Dollar Tree for just $1 each.
I printed out some sheets of labels that say “I’m so glad I got to “SPIN” this year with you!” I printed it on red paper to go with our color scheme but you can print it on to any color paper you want!

I punched a hole in the top and tied it on with curling ribbon.
They were a big hit!!
