Frugal Kid’s Craft: Father’s Day Apron

Does Dad like to grill?  Make him an apron for Father’s Day!

Father’s Day Grilling Apron

Materials:
Apron
Felt (various colors)
Hot Glue Gun
Fabric Paint

Directions:
1. Decide on a theme for your apron~there are many funny and heartwarming ones that can fit the occasion. We decided “King of the Grill”.
2. Cut out felt shapes (we did a grill, crown, and hamburger).
3. Hot glue the shapes on the apron.
4. Using the fabric paint, create your message. Be sure to put cardboard or a thick sheet of paper underneath the apron to avoid the paint leaking through.
