Belk if offering several small appliances as doorbusters at their lowest prices of the season with no rebate needed. Unlike JCPenney that’s making you jump through hoops to get $9.99 and $14.99 appliances by requiring a rebate to get the amount back to lower the price. Belk is straigh up offering the same appliances at JCPenney’s after rebate prices.
