Target is filling a void left by the closing of Babies ‘R Us – since they always did a Baby Gear Trade In every year.
This year Target is having a Car Seat Trade-in, now thru May 4, 2019.
How the Target Car Seat Trade-In Event Works
Bring in your used car seat to your local Target store and trade it in for a coupon good for 20% off any car seat, booster seat, car seat base, travel system or stroller, or select baby home gear, such as playards, high chairs, swings, rockers and bouncers. Car seats can only be traded in at a Target store, however, the coupons picked up from Guest Services can be applied to both in store or online purchases.
You have to trade your seat in by May 4th but the coupon you get is valid until May 11th!

The 20% off coupon is valid on sale items also – so if the seat you want is on sale that’s even more savings!
