Walmart is closed on Christmas Day 2018. (I know that shocks some of you). It’s the one day of the year they close.
When does Walmart Open the Day after Christmas 2018? Stores will reopen the day after Christmas, December 26th at 6am.
- Expect crowds and long lines for returns but extra registers should be open strictly for returns to help handle the volume. (Our store usually turns the first 6 registers into return only registers.)
- Also, hit the Christmas section early for half price Christmas decorations! I love to go through the holiday gift sets after Christmas. They usually have some fun kids bath sets and nice spa sets that I can scoop up for half off and use for birthday gifts through the year!
