December!  December!  AHHH!  It’s DECEMBER!!

Here are the free weekend activities for this weekend.

American Girl Stores

Most American Girl Store events cost.  But there are a few that are free.  Events vary by store. You can check out upcoming events at a store near you here.

Barnes and Noble:

Saturday, December 15th @ 11:00am
 Pete the Cat and the Missing Cupcakes
Pete the Cat and his friends bake cupcakes for a party. When some of them go missing, Pete and the gang find them and learn it’s cool to be kind. Join us for Storytime and get a coupon from our Café for a grilled cheese sandwich with milk or juice for $4!


Bass Pro Shops:

Santa’s Wonderland is OPEN for the 2018 season at Bass Pro Shops.  Click here for more information.

Disney Store:

SANTA will be in Kohl’s stores on Sunday December 16 from 1 to 3pm (all times local).  Find him in the toy department to snap a picture with him (be sure someone has a camera!)  And get a free gift from FAO Schwarz while supplies last!

Lakeshore Learning: 

Saturday, December 15th, 11:00am-3:00pm
Kids’ Craft: Hit the Slopes Snowman

Some locations have their crafts on Sundays.  Check your location.


Saturday, December 15th @ 10:00am
Join us in Store every Saturday at 10 a.m. for a great story! We’ll read lots of exciting books, perfect for all ages.



Saturday, December 15th , 10:00am – 12:00pm
**Kids Club: Christmas Frame
**Kid’s Club Crafts  include two project options – one costs $2.00 per child ages 3-8 and the second is $5.00 per child ages 6+

Saturday, December 15th, 1:00pm – 3:00pm
MAKEbreak Cute Christmas T-Shirts
But the T-shirt and the supplies to decorate it are free!

It looks like Williams-Sonoma has stopped having FREE cooking classes for kids.  And at $30 per kid per class, I’m afraid they’ve priced us out!
