PAW Patrol Birthday Party Cupcakes and Food

Paw Patrol is on a roll!  If you have a little one, you’ve probably heard that more than once.

G wanted a Paw Patrol Party last year.  His “big” birthday present was a trip to Disney World a few weeks before his birthday.  So his actual birthday party was very low key with just close family that enjoys being with him on his birthday.  But I could oblige a few Paw Patrol elements.  He’s so easy to please that if all I had had was a Paw Patrol balloon, he would’ve been happy.

Paw Patrol Cupcakes

These were actually a piece of cake (no pun intended).  Considering previous year requests have been “a cake with all the superheroes on it,” “a pirate ship“, and  “a cake with planes all over it“, doing paw prints was nothing!

These are just simple chocolate cupcakes with chocolate frosting.  One jumbo marshmallow and three small ones per cupcake and voila!

You could also frost the cupcakes in the Paw Patrol colors but we are a food-dye free household so I went with chocolate.

Don’t forget the cupcake wrappers.  I used all blue.  You could use blue, red and/or yellow.

Paw Patrol Party Food

Next on the list is the food.  We were just doing light snacks since this was low key so I got a variety of store bought snacks.

The key to making it themed is presentation!

Dollar Tree had these cute containers with bones and pawprints on them in their pet section for storing pet treats.  Perfect for the pretzels and veggie straws!

Also in the pet section of Dollar Tree were these red and blue pet food bowls!  Perfect for “Dog Biscuits” (the Graham Cracker “Scooby Snacks”) and “Puppy Chow” (the Chex Mix Muddy Buddies).  A simple bone cut out of white paper and some Paw Patrol stickers on the bowl and easy serving dishes done!

For $4 I had what I needed to put the food in.

After that all you need are the finishing touches like the Paw Patrol tablecloth.  You can pick up this entire set of Paw Patrol party tableware for all the cups, plates, napkins you need plus the table cloth!
