We are builders around here. I don’t know if that just comes with having a boy in general or if Bug is just really drawn to it. But he has been building since he could put rubber baby blocks in his hands and stack them on top of each other. We have had (and still have) Megablocks, cardboard brick blocks, Lego Duplo Blocks, regular Legos, Lincoln Logs, wood blocks, bristle blocks and even wooden train tracks (that go in the “building” category in my mind.)
And of course, we have Magformers. I bought Bug his first set of Magformers a little over a year ago not knowing if he would like them or not but willing to give them a shot. Well, what kid isn’t fascinated with magnets? And magnets you can build with? I shouldn’t have been worried. He loves them
