Called the Count Spatula Scary Face Pancake, this will be a large buttermilk pancake with a creamy topping mouth, and a bright red strawberry nose, served together with a couple of mini OREO® cookies and some candy corn on the side using which kids will be able to create their own version of a Halloween hotcake. Like all other items on the IHOP Kids menu, is will have less than 600 calories. You can order the pancake any time in October, but it’s FREE on 10/30!
