FREE Weekend Activities – June 19-21, 2015

It’s Father’s Day weekend!  Lots of zoos across the country are offering FREE admission for Dad this weekend.  You can find a list of zoos here that will be letting dad in for free.

Barnes and Noble: Saturday, June 20th,  at 11:00 am
Join a free story time. Different locations offer different stories. Check the website or call to confirm before you go.
Storytime book: How to Babysit a Grandpa
Check out the Barnes & Noble near you for more storytime hours!  Different stores do more story times on different days of the week!

Lego Store: Lego Club Meeting June 20th and 27th

LEGO Club Meeting:  Saturday June 20th and 27th.  Meet other Club members and share your building skills in a small group environment at the LEGO Store. You’ll learn how to build the May Koala mini model and use your creativity to add even more to it. Plus, you can take your creation home!  This exclusive event has limited space and availability varies by store, so sign up early! Registration is $10 per child and begins April 1. Open to children ages 6-14 only

FREE EVENT: Monthly Mini-Build on Tuesdays @ 5:00pm
Visit your local LEGO Store on the first Tuesday of every month and you can learn how to build a cool mini model, and take it home – for free! Quantities are limited and offer is good while supplies last only. Models are not for sale and cannot be purchased. One free per child. Event is open to children ages 6 to 14 only.

Lakeshore LearningSaturday, June 20th,  from 11:00 am until 3:00 pm
Kid’s Craft: Father’s Day Craft

Toys ‘R Us: Saturday,  June 20th, from 12:00 to 2:00 pm
 LEGO Jurassic World Mini-Build  Head to Toys ‘r Us between 12 and 2pm on Saturday, June 20th and you’ll get to build your very own LEGO® Jurassic World Gate. for FREE!

 Williams-Sonoma: Saturday, June 20th, 10:00 am
FREE Junior Chef Class: Discover some great gift ideas for Dad on Father’s Day! You’ll learn how to use everything from the latest kitchen gadgets to our favorite ice cream maker, which turns out awesome frozen desserts. Then you can create a delicious treat that Dad and the rest of the family will enjoy. Suitable for ages 5–13.
Looking ahead: June 27th Junior Chef class is an American Girl class and there is a fee.  Class size is limited so call your store to sign up.
