Gorton’s sent me some coupons so I could try out their wide variety of products. Bug loves their fish sticks and I found a new favorite – Gorton’s Simply Bake Salmon. It’s absolutely delicious and SO easy to make!

The recipe gallery suggested serving the Simply Bake Salmon with rice pilaf but I whipped up a favorite rice dish of ours, which is simply rice, diced onions and corn. And of course, we have to have hushpuppies when we have seafood!

We love the popcorn shrimp. But I’ve got some of the grilled garlic shrimp that I’m going to try and see how we like that. It looks good on the bag anyway! LOL

I’d like to try the crunchy breaded fish filets. Can’t eat fish much due to price but the coupons wiould help a lot!
