VeggieTales LIVE 2013! Happy Birthday Bob & Larry – You’re Invited!

We got to see VeggieTales Live last weekend in Birmingham at Valleydale Church. Bug was so excited when I told him we were going to “Bob & Larry’s Birthday Party”. :)
(We got our Pirates Who Don’t Do Anything tshirt ahead of time from the VeggieTales online store!)
The show is full of favorite VeggieTales moments, including “God is Bigger than the Boogie Man” which is from the very first VeggieTales movie ever made (and one of our favorites!) We also got to see The Pirates Who Don’t Do Anything which is obviously a favorite! Lots of other great silly songs were included and Archibald Asparagus checked in periodically via video phone on the big screen (he was having a little trouble getting to the show! Bus, train, ship…will he ever get there?)
And of course, while Bob and Larry were having costume changes, we practiced say “SURPRISE” for the big moment when it was time to celebrate their birthday (we were waiting on the presents to be found!)
