Your double stuff cookies are the saddest thing I’ve seen in a long time you reduce the amount of filing in them to save money and to off the customer of course I will no longer buy them
I can’t tell you how disappointed I am over the fact that Nabisco Chocolate Wafers are discontinued. I always purchased them to make Icebox cake. I read the decision to discontinue them was so that other products could be featured in their place. The problem is other cookies don’t make the wafer needed for icebox cake. Is there any chance your decision to discontinue them will be reversed? I would buy them both for eating as is and for recipes I used them in.
It is a very sad day when off brand cheap vanilla wafers are better than Nabisco – a company that has slipped in its quality. Nillas have always been THE BEST and now not only have they shrunk , you only get half the cookie as part of it seems to be broken out. And they DO NOT taste like the old Nillas. They taste cheap. Sorry. Lost a customer, and from what I can see online I am joining a multitude of others who feel the same. Sorry, unless you return to the old recipe I no longer will buy.
I have been buying your Famous Chocolate Wafers my entire adult life. It is always a struggle to find them, needing to visit several stores to find them. I have a special recipe that everyone loves that is made with these wafers. I hadn’t seen the for a while, but this week have panicked as I have realized that they have been discontinued. I found ONE box on sale today on Ebay for $499.00 or best offer!
Surely, this means that others really love these wafers. It is not just me.
Please reinstate these chocolate wafers. I can send you the recipe if you would like to put it on your box.
I see that someone else has requested that these cookies be reinstated. Most cookies are just to eat. These cookies are used in favorite recipes, and there is no replacement. I am going to try baking some myself, but have not faith that they will be as good.
