12 Days of Christmas Traditions – What to eat?

Why is that we feel like there are certain foods we can only have certain times of the year?  I mean, I never decided on a random night in the middle of May that I’m going to make a sweet potato casserole for dinner.  Do you?

With that said, here is a list of things I love, but only actually eat them between Thanksgiving and Christmas:

As I was typing this list, it occurred to me that aside from the Watergate Salad, everything on that list is a bear to make.  Which may be why it only gets fixed 1-2 times a year.
