I just called the number to confirm participating locations and here is another one to add to the list of NOT participating: Dollar General. It's pretty much K-Marts.
Dominick's and Jewel in IL are NOT participating either. I hit up K-Mart tonight and bought 2 packages of Luv's diapers (on sale for $10 each), one package of Pamper's wipes ($2.99), and one Crest tooth paste (on sale for $3 – plus I had a $1 coupon). After tax my total was $26.81. I CAN NOT wait to get this set!!! Thank you for posting this awesome deal. :-)

Were the Luvs diapers you bought bags or boxes for $10? If they were boxes, I might go to Kmart and do it. I have some $2.50 off Luvs that might help sweeten the deal!
Kroger stores are NOT participating.
I just called and live in TX and Albertson's and Brookshire's ARE participating. BUT, each store has a different time frame that they are part of this deal. Albertson's will be 10/14-10/28 and Brookshire's is 10/6-11/2. SO, not only should you ck for your store but also the dates. No Safeway, Randall's, Tom Thumb, HEB, & Krogers…bummer!! The rep said the stores had to pay to be part of this program and even some are doing gift cards (purchase $35 and get $10GC)and not the cookware.Good Luck!
